Multiple Access error comes due to these reasons:

Reason 1: Due to our security feature, whenever you try to access course from more than 1 device simultaneously, your course will get blocked. So make sure that only you are using your course.

Reason 2: If you are logged in to the course from one browser, and on the same device you logged in from other browser, without logging out from the first. So, it is suggested to logout from desktop / laptop after studying the course.

How to unblock the course?

Send an mail to support@exergic.in and after examining your case, your course will get unblocked. You will have to wait upto 24 hours.

If your course got blocked due to Reason 1, we won't unblock your course. Also, course will not be unblocked for those who frequently generate Multiple Access error.
